Rent or Sell? This is the problem. The dilemma of a Milanese owner  €400.000 total assets



Husband and wife often shares struggles and opportunities of real estate investments. This is the case of Marco and Olivia, who owned two different flats in Milan and they were looking to buy a bigger home. 
The question was: Should we keep, sell or rent our previous apartments?

They are now the proud owners of a big apartment in Milan, and proud landlords of a smaller 1bedroom apartment which they are currently renting out. 


This strategy has helped them save on taxes, and maximize their return on capital gain.
