A Millenial dilemma: to sell or to negotiate? A €650.000 deal at risk

Giulia had a complex situation: she inherited an important property in Milan that she decided to sell, but after the sale, the buyer found some irregularities that Giulia did not know about.

At that time, the buyer requested an over-the market discount for the property. Giulia did not know what to do, as she struggled between the need for closure and the desire for a right and just sale.

I developed a new evaluation for the property based on these issues, and offered a strategy to negotiate with the buyer. An architect was also involved to assess the costs and the best strategies to fix the irregularities.

Eventually, Giulia was able to sell at a market-rate.

Giulia's review:
"I first contacted Elisa to determine the sale price of a property, and since then I have returned to her several times and will continue to do so.

I greatly appreciated Elisa’s precision, calmness, and ability to explain concepts that were unfamiliar to me in a clear and useful way, providing me with as much information as possible to make informed decisions. During the various consultations, Elisa was able to offer me insights that often went beyond the scope of my initial requests. In this regard, I also appreciated her generosity in sharing her network of other professionals, who, like Elisa, proved to be invaluable.

I believe that when it comes to money and investments, whether in movable or immovable assets, it’s important to rely on someone like Elisa, who has the technical expertise to offer precise assistance. The service Elisa provides is not only of high quality but also comes from someone deeply immersed not just in the national economy but in the international one as well. This gives her consultations depth and a broad perspective, derived from a comparative analysis of our system and many other countries’. This, of course, translates into a comprehensive, 360-degree consultation on the topics and requests we bring to her. Highly recommended."
